Frankfurt Airport expands summer schedule to 283 destinations in 2026
Frankfurt Airport is set to operate one of its most extensive summer schedules, with 88 airlines flying to 283 destinations across 92 countries starting 29 March 2026.
The schedule includes more than 1,000 weekly intercontinental connections, reinforcing Frankfurt’s role as a key global aviation hub. Overall capacity will reach around 871,000 seats per week, marking a six percent increase compared to last summer.
New European routes include Lufthansa flights to Trondheim and Discover Airlines services to Bodø, Shannon and Brindisi. Lufthansa will also resume twice-daily flights to Rzeszów in Poland.
Condor is expanding its feeder network with new routes to London Gatwick, Barcelona, Venice and Budapest, while Danish Air Transport will introduce up to three daily flights to Linz.
On long-haul routes, Discover Airlines will extend its Seychelles service into the summer season, while Condor resumes flights to Tbilisi and continues operations to Haikou in China. TUIfly will maintain its connection to Sharm El Sheikh.
Additionally, new carriers Centrum Air and Qanot Sharq will launch services to Tashkent, joining existing operations by Uzbekistan Airways.
The expanded schedule will run until 24 October 2026 and reflects continued growth in demand for both leisure and business travel.
