Berlin Airport expands to 155 destinations for summer 2026
Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) will offer flights to 155 destinations in 55 countries during the summer 2026 schedule, operated by 80 airlines between March 29 and October 24.
The expanded schedule includes new routes, increased frequencies and additional long-haul services, strengthening BER’s role as a key European gateway.
Among the major additions, Air Canada will launch a new non-stop route to Montréal from July 3 to October 11, operating up to four weekly flights during peak summer. Air Transat will also expand its Toronto service, starting earlier in the season and increasing to three weekly flights through October.
Connections to the United States are also growing. Delta Air Lines will resume its Berlin–New York service from March 29, initially operating five times per week before becoming daily from May. United Airlines will continue its daily service to Newark, providing strong access to North America through major hubs.
In Asia, Hainan Airlines will maintain five weekly flights to Beijing, offering onward connections across China and the wider region.
European and leisure travel options are also expanding. easyJet will launch a new route to Milan Malpensa in June, while Eurowings is adding multiple new destinations, including London, Lisbon and Sarajevo, alongside popular holiday routes such as Naples, Olbia and Kavala.
Volotea will introduce a new connection to Florence from September, while AJet will begin weekly flights to Bodrum from June.
Wizz Air is entering a major growth phase at BER, increasing capacity by 90% compared to the previous summer. The airline is adding new routes to Bratislava, Tuzla, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara, while maintaining and expanding services to Bucharest, Belgrade, Chișinău, Tirana and Varna.
Meanwhile, airBaltic is increasing frequencies to Riga and Vilnius, further strengthening regional connectivity.
Popular destinations such as Mallorca, Antalya, Paris, Vienna and Zurich remain among the most in-demand routes from Berlin.
The expanded summer schedule offers travellers a broader range of options for both leisure and business travel, with improved connectivity across Europe, North America and Asia.
