art'otel London Hoxton: A New Beacon of Art and Luxury in Shoreditch

art’otel, a contemporary lifestyle hotel brand under the Radisson family, has officially opened art’otel London Hoxton, marking a significant addition to London's vibrant Hoxton and Shoreditch neighborhoods. Opened on April 24, 2024, this hotel brings a unique blend of art, design, and hospitality to one of the city’s most dynamic areas.

Strategic Location and Artistic Collaboration

Located near Old Street Underground station, art’otel London Hoxton enjoys proximity to key city areas like the City and Liverpool Street Station, as well as easy access to major transport links including the new Elizabeth Line and London's major airports. This strategic location is matched by the hotel's strong artistic direction, led by the renowned urban artist DFace. Known for his vibrant and engaging artworks, DFace has influenced every aspect of the hotel’s design, from guest rooms to public spaces, integrating art deeply into the hotel’s identity.

Luxurious Accommodations and Dining Options

The hotel features 357 art-inspired guest rooms, including 48 luxury suites and the standout 196m² D*Face Masterpiece Suite. Guests can enjoy European signature dishes and cocktails at The Brush, an all-day Grand Café, Lounge & Cocktail Bar, complete with an outdoor terrace. A destination restaurant on the 25th floor, set to open later this year, will offer breathtaking 360° views of London.

Event Spaces and Leisure Facilities

art’otel London Hoxton is designed not just for overnight guests but also as a hub for cultural and corporate events. The hotel will soon launch flexible event spaces on the 24th floor ideal for hosting up to 300 guests. A 60-seat state-of-the-art auditorium will enhance the venue’s offering, ideal for movie screenings and product launches. Leisure facilities at the hotel include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and a gym, with a luxury spa and a skyline gym on the 26th floor set to follow.

Cultural Engagement through art’beat

The hotel’s art’beat programme is central to its cultural offerings, featuring art, music, fashion, and wellness events that engage both emerging and established artists. The onsite 135m² art gallery, hosting exclusive works and curated exhibitions, adds to the local arts scene and provides guests with immersive artistic experiences.

A Testament to Creativity and Sustainability

In collaboration with Eyal Shoan of Digital Space and the architects at Squire & Partners, art’otel London Hoxton is a testament to creative and sustainable design. The exterior features a unique cogwheel design alongside two original Banksy artworks, setting the stage for the explosion of creativity that guests encounter inside.

As art’otel London Hoxton begins welcoming guests, it promises to be more than just a place to stay. It offers a source of inspiration and a gateway to exploring the rich cultural tapestry of London’s East End.
