Radisson Launches AI That Automatically Matches Any Lower Hotel Rate

Radisson Hotel Group has launched an AI-powered price matching system that automatically detects lower rates for its properties on third-party booking platforms and instantly matches them on RadissonHotels.com, with no action required from the guest.

The technology does away with the traditional best-rate guarantee process, where customers had to find a lower rate themselves, take a screenshot, and submit a manual claim. Instead, the system continuously monitors publicly available rates on platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Priceline, and Trip.com, among others, and applies the match in real time the moment a discrepancy is detected.

“Price matching is our commitment to ensuring that guests who choose to book directly with us never have to wonder whether they could have found a better deal elsewhere,” said Gianni Di Fede, Global Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group. “By automating the process in real time, we are making direct booking simpler and more transparent.”

The feature is live across all Radisson Hotel Group properties worldwide. Beyond the guest-facing benefits, the system also removes administrative work for hotel teams previously tied up in processing manual claims, and provides better visibility into pricing performance and booking behavior.

The launch is part of Radisson’s broader digital transformation strategy, which focuses on AI integration, automation, and building stronger direct booking relationships with travelers.
