Aer Lingus Expands Summer Service from Cork
Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus Regional have announced an expanded summer 2026 schedule from Cork Airport, introducing new routes and additional flights to meet rising travel demand.
Among the highlights of the updated programme is a new direct service linking Glasgow with destinations in Galicia, providing more options for travellers between Scotland and Spain’s northwest region. The expanded schedule also includes increased frequencies on existing routes across the Aer Lingus network, strengthening connectivity for both leisure and business passengers.
The carriers emphasised that the enhancements to the summer timetable are in response to growing customer interest and sustained demand for travel from Cork. With these additions, flyers can access a wider range of destinations and more flexible travel options throughout the season.
Aer Lingus officials noted that the partnership with Aer Lingus Regional allows the airline to better serve regional markets while maintaining seamless connections through Cork and beyond. The updated schedule is now open for bookings, encouraging passengers to plan ahead for summer travel.
