The Hart Shoreditch is pleased to introduce Mostrador London

Guests at this new East London pop-up restaurant, led by acclaimed Argentinian chef Fernando Trocca, will be served signature savoury and inventive dishes.
Mostrador, a family-style eating concept created by Fernando Trocca, has debuted in the heart of Shoreditch.
The pop-up is the British equivalent of the Mostrador heritage that began in Montauk and spread to Buenos Aires and Uruguay. Popular for his laid-back approach to fine dining, Trocca draws influence from the Latin American "mostradores," or counter-service restaurants. The restaurant is known for serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week.
Salads will be numerous and impressive, and proteins will be cooked simply, with an emphasis on using high-quality, locally sourced produce. Mostrador's casually elegant atmosphere makes it ideal for everything from a morning coffee to a business meal to an after-work drink or a romantic supper for two.
Lunch and supper meals may be ordered à la carte, and take-out orders will be served in compostable containers.
The business hours for Mostrador are from 08:00 to 23:00, making it possible to have a meal there at any time of the day.
Mostrador will be in charge of the food and beverage operations at Hart Shoreditch, including the restaurant, bar, concierge services, and events.
Mostrador, an edgy restaurant founded in 2012 by chef Fernando Trocca in the Uruguayan fishing community of José Ignacio, is an unabashed expression of the chef's personality and philosophy.
