Norse Atlantic to start service between London and New York

Tickets are currently on sales for the route, with prices starting from £255.
“We are very pleased to now be able to welcome customers looking to book great value flights between London Gatwick and New York JFK. Customers now have an affordable option allowing them to book a last-minute trip or a holiday of a lifetime with an airline that offers choice and flexibility,” commented the CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways, Bjorn Tore Larsen.
Moreover, the low-cost carrier has recently announced it will operate flights between London Gatwick and Oslo for the entire summer season, with the airline securing slots at Gatwick Airport since March. Travellers can enjoy the company’s exclusive Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet offering both economy and premium seats.
Stewart Wingate, Gatwick Airport CEO, declared:
“It’s always great to see a new tail on the airfield but the arrival of a new airline following the turbulent past two years for the industry, and one that will be offering fantastic long-haul routes across the Atlantic, is particularly exciting news.”
Norse Atlantic Airways was established in March 2021 and is headquartered in Norway. The company currently offers air service to London, Oslo, Paris, New York and Florida, with more US destinations to be added on its official schedule in the near future.
