Join Head Chef Marshall Roth for a Sunday Barbeque at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi

The first Sunday Barbeque will be held at the Butcher & Still Steak Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island.

Starting on April 30th, 2023, and every Sunday thereafter guests will be invited to enjoy a classic American backyard barbecue in the heart Al Maryah Island. In the kitchen of chef Marshall Roth, several barbeques are grilling while a DJ spins upbeat music inside the restaurant.

The barbecue buffet with its live stations, sharing platters, and a variety of meats is available. This includes the always-on-the-menu smoked brisket and burnt-end burgers as well as weekly-changing main dishes like the grilled tiger shrimps and Austrian Vienwurst.

Hot appetizers include the Cajun fried popcorns with chicken wings and corn on the cobb. Chef Marshall's sides include the ever-popular mac & cheese, and corn bread. The cherry on top of the "pie" is a pie bar that will feature a variety of baked pies, topped with homemade vanilla-flavored ice cream.

Luigi Landi, the Head bartender at the outlet, has created interactive stations for guests to enjoy their beverages. Luigi Landi's creative and diverse drinks offerings include a Bloody Mary Station, infused cocktail on ice, and an affogato Station with an adults-only Chocolate Fountain.
