Hard Rock International Announced in Forbes as One of America’s Best Large Employers

The Iconic Hospitality and Restaurant brand Recognized Seventh Time since 2015

Forbes has named Hard Rock International as America's Best Large Employers in 2023. This honor places Hard Rock International among the top companies in the travel and leisure industry, which includes hotels, resorts, restaurants, entertainment enterprises, and other businesses. Hard Rock International is now the most prominent global casino entertainment company, having been honored with this honor seven times since 2015.

The 2023 America's Top Large Employers list highlights companies that are committed to creating a safe and happy workplace for their employees. This prestigious placement follows Hard Rock International's $100m investment to significantly increase the U.S. workforce's salary. The wage increase had a significant impact on 95 job categories.

Forbes, in partnership with Statista, surveyed approximately 45,000 American workers who work for companies employing more than 1,000 people in the United States. The survey asked participants questions about work conditions, salary, potential for professional growth, as well as their opinions on the company image of their current employer. This evaluation was based upon direct and indirect recommendations. Respondents were asked to rate the likelihood of recommending their employer to family and friends. The final list includes 500 large employers and 500 mid-sized employers who received the most recommendations.
