Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will launch a PupsYoga program at its rooftop spa in April to combine fitness and fun with furry friends.

PupsYoga is a six-person intimate class where guests can make connections with their canine friends. PupsYoga promotes physical and emotional well-being by providing strength, relaxation, and connection.

PupsYoga is a package that allows you to be mindful and move in a way that feels good. It also includes a variety of spa treatments, such as down dog therapy.

PupsYoga is the ultimate in serotonin boosters. Guests will be guided through a series poses by an experienced yoga teacher, including the downward dog, puppy pose, and plenty of time for them to pet the puppies. Pups are allowed to run, play, and fight with each other throughout the class. *

Enjoy new heights at the rooftop Spa - After feeling all warm, cuddly, guests can further relax and unwind in a 30-minute heat therapy that includes a visit in the eucalyptus sauna and salt wall sauna. The treatment also includes a refreshing dip into the vitality pool.

Feel the glow! Guests will feel rejuvenated after a 60-minute personalised facial or massage.

Treat, move, sleep, and repeat - Guests will be invited to relax and enjoy a 30-minute power nap in a tranquil POD.
