The inauguration featured the presentation of "Towards Regenerative Tourism", a report that outlines good sustainable practices and the key conclusions of the Observatory's analysis throughout the edition.

Francisco Rodriguez, who is the head of the Tourism Area at Ideas for Change and the entity that developed the research, was responsible for explaining the main points of the report. He pur accent on the fact "that the objective of tourism must be to have a clearly positive impact. To this end, regenerative tourism is the strongest bet".

Asinelli stated that the organization is working to be the green bank for Latin America and the Caribbean. 40% of the funding will go to projects related to biodiversity and climate change. We will contribute in this way to the development and promotion of sustainable and regenerative tourist that enhances the rich cultural and natural heritage of the region and values ecosystem services.
