Dublin Airport unveils upgraded 51st & Green lounge and new Phoenix Lounge
Dublin Airport has announced the reopening of its upgraded 51st & Green Lounge alongside the launch of a brand-new Phoenix Lounge in Terminal 1, as part of a multi-million euro investment by airport operator daa.
The 51st & Green Lounge, located in Terminal 2 and serving passengers travelling to North America, will reopen on 31 March following a significant refurbishment and expansion.
Meanwhile, the new Phoenix Lounge in Terminal 1 will open for bookings from 16 April. With capacity for more than 300 passengers, the lounge offers double the seating and triple the food and beverage options compared to the former T1 Lounge.
Both lounges will feature hot food selections with an emphasis on fresh local produce, as well as a wide range of drinks including draught Guinness, beer, wine, cocktails and spirits.
The launch of these two lounges completes the full overhaul of Dublin Airport’s lounge offering, following the refurbishment and rebranding of the Martello and Liffey lounges in 2025.
Airport officials say the upgrades respond to growing demand for premium pre-flight experiences, with a focus on increased comfort, improved dining options and expanded capacity.
