Demand for Luxury Villas Increases in Istria, Croatia

News

Croatia's status as a top tourist destination is evident. This means that there is a growing demand for tourists from neighboring countries.

Local media reports that a record-breaking summer tourist season is anticipated this year. This is due to several factors, including the elimination of border controls with Schengen Area countries. This has allowed for faster crossings of borders and the introduction euro as the official currency. It will make payments easier for guests, SchengenVisaInfo.com reports.

In the same season, there has been an increase in demand for luxury villas with pools, particularly in Istria. These are more affordable and are often used by larger groups.

LUVA Villas, one of few agencies that specializes in renting luxury villas, suggests that visitors book a villa as soon as they can, as most are almost fully occupied now.

"We want to emphasise that the owners have no negative side of cooperation with us; they can only benefit. We invest in promoting our brand and, thus, all the villas on offer. There are no fixed advertising costs for the owners, and we calculate our commission exclusively on the reservations made," LUVA Villas agency stated.

These luxury villas were selected by Istria and Kvarner as the best:

Villa Carolus 2 is a sprawling 500m2 villa that can host ten people in five large rooms. It offers guests a beautiful pool and jacuzzi as well as table football, a large traditional pool table, PlayStation 4 home theater, advanced audio system, chess and an Orbitrack.
