Minor Hotels has officially announced Rohit Pandey as the General Manager of the soon-to-open Anantara Jaipur Hotel, marking the luxury brand's introduction to the Indian market. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Pandey transitions to this role after a successful stint at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, where he contributed significantly to the hotel's pre-opening phase, including revenue strategies and team recruitment.
Pandey's illustrious career has seen him associated with renowned brands like Marriott, Centara, Dusit Thani, and Oberoi Hotels, among others, showcasing his versatility across food, beverage, and operations management in various global locations including the Maldives, Seychelles, and Thailand. A graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology in Gwalior, India, Rohit's appointment is a homecoming to Minor Hotels, where he's expected to spearhead the Anantara Jaipur Hotel's launch and establish its presence in India's competitive luxury hotel market.
The Anantara Jaipur Hotel, nestled in India's famed Golden Triangle tourist route, aims to offer 150 opulent rooms and suites, becoming a coveted spot for weddings and grand events with its vast indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests will be treated to diverse dining experiences, from an Indian fine-dining restaurant to a rooftop bar and restaurant, alongside enjoying the hotel's comprehensive leisure facilities.
