The brand-new 45 Times Square Hotel can be found right in the middle of Manhattan, just a few feet down the bustling hub that of Times Square.

Ferrado Hotel, a Rosp Corunna Group real estate, will open in June 2023 under Palladium Hotel Group's management. Until the hotel's rebranding as an Only YOU Hotel, Palladium Hotel Group has opted to handle the property under the interim name 45 Times Square Hotel.

With its 139 rooms, the hotel captures the essence of the New York City culture and beauty. Its enviable position allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the city's towering skyline. This is the very first property that Palladium Hotel Group will be responsible for in the United States, therefore its debut marks a significant step forward for the company.
