Marriott International and Delonix Group Announce Tribute Portfolio Expansion in China

Marriott International, in collaboration with Delonix Group, is set to debut Tribute Portfolio Hotels in China by 2025, marking the brand's entrance in Hangzhou and Chongqing with three new properties.

Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Marriott International, Inc. and China-based hospitality leader Delonix Group have announced the first three projects under their strategic cooperation agreement. These projects, anticipated to open in spring 2025, will mark the Tribute Portfolio brand’s debut in Hangzhou and Chongqing.

New Tribute Portfolio Properties

Grand New Century Hotel, Hangzhou Boao

One of the new properties, Grand New Century Hotel, Hangzhou Boao, will feature 299 guest rooms and suites. Situated in the central area of Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou, the hotel draws design inspiration from Hangzhou's abundant river system, offering guests a unique and scenic stay.

Wonderland Resort, Hangzhou Jiande

The Wonderland Resort, Hangzhou Jiande, located in the Qililong Area of the Fuchun River – Xinan River Scenic Area in Jiande, Hangzhou, will offer 203 guest rooms. This resort will feature unique chalets and vacation-style cottages, situated near historical and cultural attractions such as Lingshi Temple and Zixu Gorge.

Grand New Century Hotel, Chongqing

The Grand New Century Hotel, Chongqing, will provide 210 modern guest rooms and suites. Strategically located in the center of Chongqing, it offers proximity to Chaotianmen Wharf, Hongya Cave, and other tourist attractions and business districts, ensuring a convenient and enriching experience for guests.
