Air France has introduced new lounge dining menus created by French chef Yves Camdeborde, the pioneer of bistronomy, at its long-haul lounges in Terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, covering halls K, L, and M.
The updated lunch and dinner offering has been developed in collaboration with Sodexo Live! and rotates seasonally. Current dishes include free-range chicken with candied lemon and ratatouille, a celeriac cake with cod, hake, and smoked trout, and creamy spinach lasagne with mozzarella, walnuts, button mushrooms, and roasted parsnips. Desserts include a Chocolate and Hazelnut slice by Lenôtre, featuring chocolate mousse, a cocoa biscuit base, and crisp puff pastry.
“I have created dishes for Air France customers designed to be enjoyed on the go or at a more leisurely pace, with authentic cuisine rooted in our local regions and driven by the work of our local producers,” said Camdeborde.
Known for combining haute cuisine standards with the unpretentious warmth of French bistros, Camdeborde has shaped a generation of French chefs with a style he describes as free, accessible, and rooted in seasonal, regional produce.
Air France’s long-haul lounges at Paris-CDG are designed to evoke Parisian brasseries and cafés, with a commitment to sustainable sourcing running alongside the premium dining experience.
