Air France is launching the third edition of its pop-up restaurant concept, this time at the Cercle des Nageurs swimming club in Marseille, running from July 14 to August 9, 2026. The venue invites guests to experience the airline’s full long-haul Business Class menu on land, with Mediterranean Sea views from the club’s terrace.
Following previous editions at the Palais de Tokyo and the rooftop terrace of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, the Marseille stop brings the concept to the south of France for the first time. Seating forty guests per dinner service, the restaurant opens every evening except Mondays from 19:30 to 21:30, by reservation only, at €98 per person including drinks.
Main dishes have been created by Régis Marcon, winner of the Bocuse d’Or and head chef at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Marcon, and mirror the menus served in Air France’s Business cabin. Highlights include duck lasagne with blackcurrant sauce and sautéed mushrooms, and a ratatouille cake with basil, courgette, and celery. Desserts are by Nina Métayer, named World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2023, with options including a lemon and verbena delight and a crunchy hazelnut and caramel slice.
The drinks offering features Pommery champagne, a French wine selection curated by Air France head sommelier Xavier Thuizat, and Quintessence, a new Business Class cocktail created by mixologist Matthias Giroud, centered around cognac.
The terrace will be decorated in Air France’s signature navy blue, white, and red palette, with the airline’s historic winged seahorse symbol on display. A shopping corner with travel accessories and high-speed Wi-Fi — the same being rolled out across the fleet — will also be available.
