Louvre Hotels Group and Sangate Sancak have opened a new dual-brand hotel complex near Warsaw Chopin Airport, bringing together Campanile PRIME and Première Classe under one development.
The new hotel hub welcomed its first guests on June 9, 2026, and is located on Komitet Obrony Robotników Street, approximately 1.5 kilometres from Warsaw’s main international airport.
Together, the two hotels provide 391 rooms across different price points, targeting business travellers, leisure guests and passengers requiring accommodation before an early departure, after a late arrival or during a stopover in Warsaw.
The project represents another step in the long-term partnership between Louvre Hotels Group and Sangate Sancak in Poland.
Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport opens with 223 rooms
The larger of the two properties is Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport, offering 223 rooms and a more elevated version of the traditional Campanile experience.
Louvre Hotels Group is gradually introducing the PRIME concept across Poland as part of an upgrade of the Campanile brand, combining its midscale positioning with higher standards in rooms, communal areas and services.
Guestrooms at the Warsaw Airport property feature 30-centimetre mattresses, 100% cotton textiles, free high-speed Wi-Fi and Chromecast connectivity.
Fitness kits are also available for guests who want to exercise in their rooms, reflecting the property’s focus on frequent and business travellers.
“The PRIME concept sets a new direction in the development of one of our most popular brands,” said François Delattre, Vice President International Operations Europe at Louvre Hotels Group.
“This is a response to the changing expectations of guests who are looking for not only accommodation but a coherent experience in which comfort comes first, but the best quality-price ratio is also important.”
Coworking and conference facilities target business travellers
Communal spaces form a significant part of the Campanile PRIME concept.
The new hotel includes multifunctional lobby areas and coworking spaces designed to accommodate work, informal meetings and relaxation throughout the day.
Food and beverage facilities follow a city-bistro format, with seasonal menus and breakfast options incorporating locally sourced products.
Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport also includes around 800 square metres of conference and event space, supported by catering services.
Its proximity to both the airport and Warsaw city centre is expected to make the property particularly relevant for corporate meetings and travellers visiting the Polish capital for business.
Première Classe adds 168 affordable rooms
The second hotel in the development, Première Classe Warsaw Airport, targets travellers looking for a more affordable and straightforward stay.
The hotel offers 168 rooms in double, twin and triple configurations.
While the concept is more limited-service than Campanile PRIME, Louvre Hotels Group says the property maintains a focus on comfortable beds, efficient service and convenient transport connections.
The combination allows the same hotel complex to serve guests with different budgets without requiring separate locations or infrastructure.
Both hotels also participate in Louvre Hotels Group’s established Pet Friendly programme in Poland, allowing travellers to stay with their pets.
Louvre Hotels Group expands dual-brand strategy in Poland
The Warsaw Airport project is not the company’s first multi-brand development in Poland.
Louvre Hotels Group already operates Campanile and Première Classe hotels together on Ślężna Street in Wrocław.
In central Warsaw, the group has another hotel hub on Towarowa Street combining Campanile PRIME and Première Classe with Golden Tulip, its upscale brand.
The company also operates Golden Tulip Warsaw Airport near Chopin Airport.
With the addition of Campanile PRIME and Première Classe, Louvre Hotels Group can now offer accommodation across several price segments in the immediate airport area.
“The two-brand hub at Chopin Airport implements a model that we have already tested in our owned portfolio,” Delattre said.
“With the opening of the new Campanile PRIME and Première Classe addresses, we will offer travelers almost the full spectrum of Louvre Hotels Group experiences: from one to four stars.”
Airport hotel market continues to diversify
The new development reflects a broader hotel strategy of combining multiple brands within a single complex to serve different traveller profiles while sharing infrastructure and operational resources.
For airport locations in particular, demand can range from budget-conscious passengers requiring a short overnight stay to corporate travellers looking for meeting facilities, restaurants and additional services.
Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport and Première Classe Warsaw Airport address both ends of that spectrum while benefiting from their location close to Poland’s busiest airport.
Louvre Hotels Group currently operates more than 1,750 hotels across 70 countries, with brands ranging from Première Classe and Campanile to Golden Tulip and Royal Tulip.
