Silversea has been recognized with 16 Awards of Excellence at the 2026 Wine Spectator Awards, the most the luxury cruise brand has received in a single year, with honors going to its French restaurant La Dame and its destination-inspired dining venue S.A.L.T. Kitchen across the fleet.
La Dame received awards on 11 ships — Silver Cloud, Silver Dawn, Silver Endeavour, Silver Moon, Silver Muse, Silver Nova, Silver Ray, Silver Shadow, Silver Spirit, Silver Whisper, and Silver Wind. S.A.L.T. Kitchen was recognized on five ships: Silver Dawn, Silver Moon, Silver Muse, Silver Nova, and Silver Ray.
La Dame showcases refined French cuisine paired with an extensive wine list featuring labels from celebrated wine regions worldwide. S.A.L.T. Kitchen, part of Silversea’s Sea And Land Taste culinary program, serves destination-inspired menus that reflect the food traditions and flavors of the regions guests visit, paired with wines selected to complement each sailing’s itinerary.
“These recognitions from Wine Spectator reflect the passion and expertise of our culinary and beverage teams, who continuously elevate our guests’ onboard experiences through exceptional cuisine, curated wine programs, and meaningful connections to the destinations we visit,” said Gianluca Sparacino, Global Head of Food & Beverage at Silversea.
Presented annually, the Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence recognize restaurants whose curated wine lists complement high-quality dining and appeal to a broad range of wine enthusiasts.
