Rodriguez is askilledHuman Resources leader with over two decades ofexperience, engaging and energizing the people agenda behind global brands, including Kellogg’s, Frito Lay, United Surgical PartnersInternational and General Electric. Prior to joining WorldVentures, Rodriguez was the Senior HR leaderfor Kellogg’s International and Global Functions, accountable for the people agenda at Kellogg's core and emerging international markets.
