Bab Al Yam restaurant at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah reopens after considerable interior and exterior design upgrades


The new contemporary and sophisticated look of Bab Al Yam top-of-the-world restaurant strikes with inspirational design elements that complement the highly relaxing ambiance of the iconic hotel.


Visitors can now enjoy a bigger terrace, plush lounges and an innovative brick oven in a luxurious open-space kitchen where the guests can watch their dinner being prepared by the restaurant’s famous cuisine team.


Maxime Luvara and Mohit Bhargava, the two award-winning chefs of Bab Al Yam, created the restaurant’s menu using Mediterranean cuisine influences with a Middle Eastern touch. Their dishes focus on fresh seasonal foods to satisfy the tastes the exclusive clientèle of the restaurant and opulent hotel.


The restaurant’s enormous windows provide an incredible panoramic view over the Arabian Gulf and Dubai. Considered to be the ideal dining place for both business and family meetings, Bab Al Yam is a place that combines haute cuisine exquisite meals with the perfectly relaxing atmosphere for its guests.


As the Jumeirah Group has not yet announced its expanding plans for the near future, the Burj Al Arab won World’s Leading Luxury All Suite Hotel, Middle East’s Leading All Suite Hotel and Dubai’s Leading Hotel titles at the World Travel Awards in 2015.
