Kasara brand – the flag for a luxury division

YTL Hotels has launched the Kasara brand, a selection of luxurious, exotic resorts placed throughout the Asian realm and beyond.

Among the properties, there are several exclusive locations in Japap, Thailand, Koh Samui and Pulau Tiga..

As of December 2014, the brand will have its official debut within the Karara Niseko Village Townhouse, the YTL Hotels award-winning ski resort in Japan.

YTL Hotels’ new brand Kasara is part of a strategy of setting a flag for the luxury division within the group.

The expansion trend for the YTL Hotels has included the acquisition of some top resorts, including the Marriott hotels in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, the Niseko Village in Hokkaido as well as the Gainsborough Bath Spa in the UK.

“It is with great excitement that we now reveal Kasara.

“The privilege of early morning access to hidden powder stashes guided by a local Niseko Village expert, native fishermen in long-tailed boats serving up a sumptuous seafood feast in Koh Samui, holistic immersion into natural mud baths in Borneo and free-diving into the aquamarine waters of the Coral Triangle – these are some of the authentic experiences which await the Kasara guest, alongside stunning properties in exotic locations” - Luke Hurford, vice president of sales and marketing at YTL Hotels.

Kasara wishes to express luxuriousness combined with authenticity. Thus, the brand is keen on embodying local culture in each of its locations. Bringing modern technology to the mix is expected to be a winning ticket.
