WTTC announces finalists for 2016 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards
The 15 Finalists for 2016 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards have been revealed by the World Travel & Tourism Council
62 countries from all over the world applied for the five categories of the contest: Community, Destination, Environment, Innovation and People.
After the first phase of evaluation, an expert committee of independent judges selected the 15 finalists according to specific tourism sustainability criteria: community development, heritage preservation and innovative ideas for comprehensive and feasible tourism and business practices.
According to the judges decision, here are the finalists for the five categories of 2016 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards:

The winners for each category will be recognized at the WTTC’s Global Summit, during the Awards Ceremony in Dallas, USA on April 7th 2016.
