Tourvest Destination Management, formerly known as Tourvest Inbound Operations, is proud to launch T.E.A.M’s Legacy book as they salute the end of an incredible year for the company.
The book, entitled “It always seems impossible until it’s done… Nelson Mandela: Behind the scenes with T.E.A.M” is a chronicle of their passion, pride and commitment to the success of the biggest sporting event in South Africa’s history. It portrays the many faces of the company’s numerous divisions pulling together to achieve a common goal.
Martin Wiest, CEO Tourvest Destination Management, says “We have enjoyed an incredible journey together this past year, with more highs than lows. T.E.A.M, a brand focused on delivering services around global sports events to manage the FIFA World Cup 2010, successfully completed this mammoth event. We opened an office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, ahead of that country’s hosting of the FIFA Confederations Cup and Soccer World Cup in 2013 and 2014 respectively. Individual brand units have grown as they venture into new markets, leading us to completely revamp our corporate identity. This now finds us poised to unlock exciting new opportunities through acquisitions, explore untapped customer bases and enjoy a strong global presence. All of this has been achieved by all of us pulling together.”
To celebrate all Tourvest Destination Management’s achievements, and to thank all of those who contributed to the success of this dynamic company, all staff members countrywide are being acknowledged for their contribution by receiving a copy of T.E.A.M’s Legacy book, depicting the people, the magic and the memory that was World Cup 2010.
