Van Litsenborgh, with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, will be responsible for all operations at Pepper Club on the Beach. With a passion for the restaurant business, he started out in the industry as a waiter and rapidly moved through the ranks occupying senior management positions at some of the Western Cape’s top eateries. Over the years, Van Litsenborgh has also owned several successful businesses, such as the Rhodes Memorial Restaurant, which today is a landmark restaurant in Cape Town for tourists and locals alike.
He says that his primary mandate as Restaurant Manager is to evolve the Pepper Club on the Beach dining experience. “My ultimate goal with each restaurant I’ve managed is to provide patrons with a unique culinary experience that they soon won’t forget. All the ingredients are here, from the restaurant’s prime location overlooking Camps Bay to our unique menu and skilled staff, to position Pepper Club on the Beach as one of Cape Town’s iconic culinary destinations,” says Van Litsenborgh.
