- Hiking and nature trails;

15. In respect of wildlife, it should be noted that Koro Creek Bushveld Golf Estate is adjacent to a 900 – hectare nature reserve. The reserve is rich in bird life and has a variety of free-roaming wildlife (impala, eland, waterbuck, giraffe, zebra, kudu, warthog, etc). Subject to prior arrangement guests may be allowed access to the reserve in order to enjoy bird watching and game viewing.
16. Koro Creek Guesthouse has been in operation since June 2007. Details regarding occupancy rate and audited financial statements are available.
17. Koro Creek Guesthouse during 2007 successfully applied for an incentive through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) (in terms of the Small Medium Enterprise Development Programme – SMEDP) in terms of which a tax free incentive will be payable to Koro Creek Guesthouse for a period of three years (3 x R187 000.00). Koro Creek Guesthouse already met the requirements in respect of the first year and a claim for payment (payable during 2009) will soon be lodged with the DTI. The application was dealt with by Indevco Business Consultants and details of the incentive will be made available.
18. Koro Creek Guesthouse CC is sold as a going concern.
