		<description>Adrian Gardiner&#039;s accomplishments are certainly outstanding, but I can assure you that there are no Mantis, or any other, hotel properties at &quot;the southern tip of Antarctica&quot; (hard to imagine that you could even write an article saying such a place exists!). Antarctica remains 100% free of tourism infrastructure.
