Nicole Smith has worked her way up the hospitality ladder with the Red Carnation Collection both in South Africa and at one of the sister properties, The Milestone Hotel in London. She now takes up the position as the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa.
