New Emirates Durban sales office ready for your bookings

With the Emirates Durban route launch just two weeks away, the new Umhlanga based sales office is open for business and raring to go. Located opposite (the) Gateway Shopping Centre at the Royal Palm Hotel, the chic new office will be staffed by a team consisting of a Sales Manager, two Sales Executives, a Customer Sales and Service Team Leader and (three) Customer Sales and Service Agents.
Visitors to the sales office will find a welcoming atmosphere created by experienced and knowledgeable staff ready to offer information and advice on Emirates’ increasing number of destinations across six continents. Once a destination is selected the skilled team will make the necessary reservation. At the heart of the Durban operation, the sales office will benefit from the additional resources and expertise available from the carrier’s Johannesburg office, operational since 1995 and the Cape Town office, which opened in 2008.
The Emirates Durban Route will launch on 01 October 2009, with EK775 departing Dubai daily at 10h25 arriving in Durban at 17h10. Flight EK 776 will then depart from Durban at 18h40 and arrive in Dubai at 05h20. For more information visit www.emirates.com/za
