170 new American FUNDI Agents qualify at Sun City

The 2009 ASTA International Destination Expo held recently at Sun City was dedicated to training American travel trade to sell South Africa. 170 American agents at the International Destination Expo completed the South African Tourism specialist destination program and graduated as certified FUNDI destination specialist agents.
South African Tourism’s Trade Relations Manager, Virginia Dionisio, said: “South African Tourism’s 2010 FUNDI Club aims to enrol and qualify 2,010 FUNDI agents by 2010. We welcome our new American FUNDIs and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with each of them.”
The FUNDI program offers in-depth information about South Africa while providing agents with all the tools they need successfully sell destination South Africa.
