Pezula Private Castle launches www.pezulaprivatecastle.com

Pezula Private Castle in Knysna, regarded as South Africa’s most luxurious destination, today launched its new website, www.pezulaprivatecastle.com.  The website is part of a global campaign to promote the Castle to affluent international travellers looking for the ultimate holiday experience, who, even in the current economic downturn can still afford luxury travel.
Russel Binks, Director of Hospitality at Pezula Resort, says that Pezula has launched an international sales and marketing campaign to promote their ultra-luxury beach accommodation offering.

“We realise that we need to be proactive in this difficult tourism market and with this campaign we hope to assist in keeping Knysna and South Africa top of mind with affluent travellers.”

Pezula Private Castle represents the definitive luxury beach accommodation, with direct access to one of South Africa’s most beautiful and secluded beaches, Noetzie.

Recently voted Best Property in the World at the CNBC International Property Awards in Orlando, the property was honoured to have as its first guest international icon Nelson Mandela. Elite Traveler described it as “a magnet for high profile guests needing rest and relaxation”, and Tatler magazine included it in the 2009 Travel Guide which features the Top 101 Best Hotels in the World.

Five sumptuous suites and a number of spacious living areas open onto private terraces with panoramic views of the beach and ocean.  Guests have every conceivable wish catered to by a team of hand-picked personnel including a personal chef and executive butler. Menus are selected daily in consultation with the chef according to the freshest available ingredients, and the bar is stocked with guests’ drinks of choice.  A driver is on standby to transfer guests to the hotel to enjoy the facilities there as well as the many activities on the resort.  A fully equipped gymnasium, heated outdoor pool and thatched gazebo complete the extraordinary facilities.
