Johannesburg – 1time Airline has never been one to follow the trends but rather create them – their new BELLS & WHISTLES features which can be booked in conjunction with a 1time airline ticket, is no different.This new initiative goes even further to making 1time’s passengers lives ‘More nice. Less price’. Passengers are now able to do much more than just book a ticket on line, but can receive their itineraries on their cell phones, pre-purchase catering vouchers for their flight and even earn discounts when paying with Bluebean, MTN and Jet/Edgars credit cards.
“We’ve been working on the BELLS & WHISTLES product offers for some time, but wanted to launch them for use through our website without adding admin to the booking process.” explains Michael Kaminski, IT Director of 1time. “Our aim at the airline is to continually improve on our product in every facet possible and to ensure that our passengers have an effortless flying experience, coupled with BELLS & WHISTLES to make the experience even More Nice.”
All the new additions are very easy to use and are currently available on their website for the passenger to choose when booking on 1time.co.za, or when booking through the call centre.
Catering Vouchers
Passengers can pre-purchase catering vouchers to their own value per flight
This solves the problem of having to carry cash or credit cards whenever you fly
SMS Itinerary Feature
Available at a cost of R2 per sms per booking transaction
Passengers have their condensed itinerary sent to their cellular phone
Environmentally friendly because you save on printing out your confirmation
Retail Credit Card Discounts
When using Bluebean, MTN, Jet or Edgars credit cards to pay for your 1time ticket, passengers receive a discount on their flight
The discount is 10%
Premier Lounges
Premier lounge access can be purchased online for all domestic airports except East London.
