SITE to host its executive summit in South Africa
Sandton – The Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE) will host its 2007 Executive Summit on 27 February at the Sandton Convention Center in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This Executive Summit will continue the tradition of incentive industry leaders from around the globe providing focused education and panel discussions designed to broaden the local community`s understanding of the unique needs the incentive travel market and to further establish South Africa as a premier incentive destination.
“SITE`s legacy of providing educational events in unique and emerging destinations has consistently resulted in an increase in industry awareness and improved RFP`s for the local businesses,” said Hugo Slimbrouck, SITE`s president. “We look forward to bringing SITE`s best practices to Johannesburg and to a successful Executive Summit.”
“This year`s Executive Summit will offer the insight of business professionals from ten different countries addressing how to market Africa as an incentive destination, winning incentive house business as well provide an update on incentive industry trends,” stated SITE CEO, Brenda Anderson.
“One of the exciting elements of the Executive Summit is bringing the information to a group of people who may not otherwise afford the opportunity to travel to an International Conference or regional educational events, yet these are the individuals who build the foundation of incentive travel in the performance improvement industry.”
The Executive Summit 2007 is an event that will run concurrently with Meetings Africa.
