Fair Trade welcomes Mehloding Adventure Trail
Matatiele – Fair Trade in Tourism South Africa (FTTSA) has announced Mehloding Adventure Trail as the 23rd product in its portfolio. The Trail is wholly owned and operated by the Mehloding Community Tourism Trust (MCTT) in Matatiele, Eastern Cape.
According to Jennifer Seif, FTTSA’s Executive Director, “The trail has the potential to become an iconic eco-adventure attraction, affording visitors the opportunity to experience the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the southern Drakensberg.” The MCTT is the owner of another FTTSA-certified product, Masakala Guesthouse.
