World Ski Awards 2015 Finalists Announced  

World Ski Awards, the global initiative that celebrates and rewards excellence in the global ski tourism industry, has just revealed the finalists that will compete in its 2015 awards gala.

From the moment the announcement was made, there are 16 weeks when the finalists can be voted by members of the ski community to receive one of the many trophies at World Ski Awards 2015.

All eligible voters are invited to go here and choose who they think deserves to take home the annual 'Ski Oscars'.

The World Ski Awards Gala Ceremony 2015 will be hosted by the legendary alpine resort of Kitzbühel, between November 20th-22nd.

The highlight of the event will be the Ski Oscar Gala Ceremony on the evening of November 21st, the first of the three-day programme to take place in Kitzbühel.

Uwe Schramm, general manager, A-ROSA Kitzbühel, declared: "We are extremely proud to be hosting the annual World Ski Awards in 2015 for the third year running right here at A-ROSA Kitzbühel."

"We are eagerly awaiting to once more welcome back many industry representatives from all over the world.

"Of course there will be plenty of newcomers to this year's event, as well as people visiting Kitzbühel for the very first time. This represents a fantastic opportunity for them to enjoy one of the world's leading ski destinations."

Schramm added: "Since the official voting has begun, we are keeping our fingers crossed for all those nominated.

The World Ski Awards will be rewarding the world's top 24 ski tourism nations for the following categories: Best Ski Resort, Best Ski Hotel, Best Ski Boutique Hotel and Best Ski Chalet.
