Two Maritim hotels will be opened in China

With a strategical positioning in the wealthiest cities of eastern China, the two Maritim hotels are scheduled to be opened in the next year
The official renderings of the both hotels show amazing and modern-build construction, specially designed, with an interior inspired by the Chinese culture with a local touch.
The Group’s local portfolio contains other three famous hotels: Maritim Hotel Shenyang, Maritim Hotel Changzhou and Maritim Hotel Wuhu. The investment in the two new hotels is expected to acknowledge the brand’s awareness in the region, and to refine the services already available in the Group’s three other hotels.
Mark Spivey, Director of international sales, Maritim Hotels declared: “We are pleased to be able to further develop the Maritim brand in China as we prepare to open two new hotels in the country in 2017. As one of the world’s largest economies and a renowned international business destination, expansion in China is an integral part of the company’s strategy, bringing our ‘meetings and accommodation under one roof’ philosophy to more major cities in this vast country”.
One of the hotels will be located in the most important city of Zhejiang Province, a city that welcomes an important number of business guests due to its flourishing textiles and agriculture industry. The hotel will contain 300 modern designed rooms, three restaurants, many facilities and also an impressive entertainment complex, with swimming pool, SPA and gym.
Addressing a target audience consisting of businessmen, Maritim Hotel Hefei will be located in Hefei, main city in the Anhui Province. Due to its growing economy, the city is the home for professionals in many sectors and industries. The hotel will offer 335 bedrooms and suites, restaurants, a German pub and meeting rooms.
