TAM Airlines Reveals Plans for Barcelona-Sao Paulo Service

TAM Airlines, part of LATAM Airlines group, has announced it is launching a new service that connects Spain with Brazil. This move is part of the airline's strategy to strengthen connectivity across its international markets.
Starting with October 1st, TAM will start a new direct service between Barcelona and Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport.
Tickets are already available for purchase on the LAN and TAM websites beginning today.
Flight JJ8115 will takeoff from Barcelona at 21:45 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and arrive in Sao Paulo at 04:40.
The return service is scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, leaving Guarulhos at 23:55 and touching down at El Prat Airport in Barcelona at 15:35.
The route will be served by an Airbus A330 aircraft, configured with 32 Premium Business seats and 183 seats in Economy.
The new route was created to respond to increasing demand from travellers in the Spanish market.
It also places Spain in an important position, connecting flights from the Mediterranean with LATAM Airlines Group's main hub at Sao Paulo's Guarulhos International Airport.
"Barcelona is an important Spanish and European destination for us. This new direct services allows us to enhance connectivity with South America and increase our offering for travellers who desire to travel for leisure or business," commented Nicolas Goldstein, general manager for long haul business development at LATAM Airlines Group.
