Shangri-La to manage The Palm Tower on Palm Jumeirah

Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Nakheel, a Dubai based real estate developer, have pre-signed an agreement for Shangri-La’s management of a hotel on Palm Jumeirah. The two parties expect to reach a strong agreement over the following weeks.
As far as the construction for the Palm Tower goes, works are expected to debut sometime this year with an expected finish date set for 2016.
Shangri-La will manage the first 18 floors of the 52-level building, among their services also featuring outdoor dining, outdoor pool, spa and health club.
Hotel guests will also benefit from direct access to beach Club Vista Mare.
Included in the visit package is also the access to Palm Monorail and Nakheel Mall, who are also expected to open in 2016.
