New exhibitors at World Travel Market

World Travel Market 2015, the annual global travel industry event, welcomed almost 250 new exhibitors in London

The 247 newcomers represented airlines, tourist boards, luxury resorts and technology travel sectors from all over the world. From corporations to small entrepreneurs in the field, they are expected to close more than £2.5 billion worth of deals during the four days of the event.

Avianca, Caiman Ecoturismo, Khiri Travel, Pegu Travels, Kuwait Airways, the tourism office of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dubai Parks & Resorts (Legoland Dubai) and tourist boards from Orlando, Tokyo, the Caribbean and United Airlines are among the newcomers, as Europe area also presented new tour operators – Premier Holidays, Cosmos Holidays, Ticket Bureau, VisitScotland, Herbert Woods, Vanilla Tours, The Group Company and Liberation Route Europe.

India was the sponsor of the WTM Buyers’ Club. Together with Africa counted 24 new exhibitors, including Hotel Pushkar Palace in Rajasthan, the tourism department of Telangana state, Morocco’s tourist board and the West Midland Safari Park in Namibia.

Director of the WTM London exhibition event, Simon Press declared:
