Marriott to open third Hotel in Ecuador

Marriott Hotels has announced it will be opening a new location in Ecuador by 2016.
The Hotel will be known as The Guayaquil Marriott, the third location operating under the Marriott flag in Ecuador. The development of the location is being coordinated and executed by Angel Sanchez and Hotecapsa.
The new Marriott location will feature 202 guest rooms, a restaurant bar and lounge, a rooftop bar with a splendid view, a marketplace, ample meeting space, a concierge lounge as well as a top notch swimming pool and fitness centre.

The designated location for the hotel has been appointed due to its proximity to the most important places and services in Guayaquil.
