Maccauvlei on Vaal Facebook Photo Competition

Maccauvlei on Vaal has launched a Facebook Photo Competition, encouraging visitors to share their memories, experiences and stories of the early days at Maccauvlei with them.

With Maccauvlei forming an integral part of Vereeniging and the Vaal Triangle’s history, it is only natural to want to know more about its hay-days.

Do you have old photos from your or your family’s visits to the former Maccauvlei Learning Academy? Or a few memories to share about your golfing experiences at the Maccauvlei golf course? Perhaps you have a few stories to tell about the Kwaai Angus bar. Share your photos and memories with Maccauvlei on Vaal by posting them on your Facebook wall and tagging Maccauvlei on Vaal or send your photos and stories to press@pressonvaal.co.za.

What is a competition without prizes? Maccauvlei on Vaal offers you a choice of:

· A wine tasting voucher for two at Maccauvlei on Vaal for the Vaal Meander Wine Route taking place on 13 July to 18 August 2013

· Back, neck and shoulder massage for a couple at Zorgvliet Spa

· A round of golf for two at the Riviera on Vaal Country Club
