FREE RIDES FOR KIDS AT THE CABLEWAY THIS HOLIDAY

Kids will receive a treasure hunt map and will be taken on an exciting adventure when they arrive at the top station.
With the school holidays fast approaching, the whole family can look forward to taking advantage of Table Mountain Cableway’s annual Kidz Season special.
Two kids under 18 years ride for free when purchasing an adult return ticket from the ticket office on weekends, public holidays and during the June and September school holidays from Tuesday, 1 May to Wednesday, 31 October 2012.
Kids will receive a treasure hunt map and will be taken on an exciting adventure when they arrive at the top station. Families can explore the picturesque landscape, search for dassies, and get a glimpse of the beautiful fynbos flowers as they follow the map around one of the official New 7 Wonders of Nature.
Other special treats for kids include a free Whistle Lollipop when they hand in their Shop voucher at the Shop at the Top and a delicious Dassie Biscuit when they hand in their Café voucher at the Table Mountain Café.
Families can also enjoy great specials at the Café this holiday. Treat your children to a Kiddies Pizza Slice or Kiddies Pasta, plus a 250ml Fruit Juice and a Cake-on-a-Stick for R30 per child under the age of 18. Another fun activity for kids is a biscuit decorating station in the Café. When a butterfly, chicken or bunny shaped biscuit is purchased for R20, children will be shown to a designated area where they can decorate their biscuits..
The Cableway’s Kidz Season ticket price is *R195 per adult return ticket and includes two children under 18 years travelling free (normal child rate R95) over weekends, public and school holidays. Valid on return tickets purchased from the ticket office only. (*Rate valid until 30 September 2012)
