Emirates launches booking app for iPhone  

After the successful launch of The Emirates App for iPad in April, Emirates airline is now increasing its mobile presence by launching The Emirates App for iPhone.

 

'Emirates' is already the most popular travel app in 25 countries with a 4.5 star rating. The iPhone app has improved certain features such as check-in ability and introduced the ability to download the boarding pass straight to Passbook.

 

The Emirates App includes push notifications for flight boarding, check-in, gate changes and baggage belt numbers, thus significantly improving the whole travelling experience by informing customers about important changes.

 

The App allows Emirates customers to manage every aspect of their booking, whether in their homes, on the road or in the air. Customers can download the App by visiting the Apple App Store and searching for 'Emirates'.

 

Customers can book flights, select seats, choose meals, check in online, download the boarding pass directly from within the app and check their Emirates Skywards frequent flyer accounts, among other great features.

 

Flight details, product and service information and credit cards information are stored by the app so it can be seen when in offline mode as well.
