Travel Business
easyJet holidays has made public its intention of becoming a major pan-European tour operator along with its partnership with Hotelopia, the online travel agency.
The action implies the opening of 6 new websites in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, France and the Netherlands.
This will make easyJet holidays available for approximately 100 million people from all across Europe.
“I am really pleased to be taking easyJet holidays into the next phase of its development.
With much of its initial growth having taken place in the UK, the planned expansion in Europe is an exciting next step which will enable us to offer the great quality and value for money easyJet’s customers have come to expect.
An improved hotel portfolio, more user friendly websites and an efficient booking process will all come together to provide an easy and seamless experience.
Over the course of the partnership not only can easyJet holidays’ customers look forward to a better selection of handpicked properties but will also benefit from bespoke designed deals and exclusive offers.
We have significantly grown easyJet holidays in the UK with LowCostBeds since 2011 and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their contribution.” Mandy Round, general manager of easyJet holidays
The easyJet service list is based on offering a competitive and flexible holiday option for those who are looking for a city break, quality time on the beach and skiing.
A distinguishing feature will be the golfing and cycling breaks in all the major destinations.
