AFRICAN INSIGNIA HOTELS ADDS A "HIDDEN JEWEL" IN ESHOWE KWAZULU NATAL TO THEIR PORTFOLIO:
CONFERENCES, MEETINGS, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS, TEAMBUILDING
LOCATION
Situated in Eshowe, one hour and ten minutes from King Shaka International Airport on the R66 to Vryheid and the Battlefields and 30km from the N2 to Saint Lucia and the Zululand game reserves,
The House in Zululand offers state of the art conferencing and team building facilities
The House in Zululand is not a Halaal or Kosher establishment, Should you require Halaal or Kosher catering it must be provided by an outside caterer.
WEDDINGS:
The Wall Room creates a contemporary backdrop for your reception while, for larger groups, the lawns and garden around the house provide ample space to setup a marquee and have a celebration to remember for up to 450 guests.
Because of the special requirements of each wedding a detailed quotation will be provided after discussion with the bride and bridegroom.
There will be no other function at The House on the day of your wedding.
A function Co-Ordinator will be on duty for the duration of your function.
We set up, break down, clear up and clean the venue for you.
The liquor licence is pending but we can offer you a well-stocked bar that can be personalised according to your needs.
The bathroom attendant makes sure that the restrooms are always clean and tidy for your guests.
The Bride and Groom are welcome to use the beautiful garden for their photographs.
The new function space The Wall Room can seat up to 120 people and is a great dinner or lunch option for your reception.
CATERING:
The spacious kitchen is the perfect facility for your caterer of choice and they are happy to recommend a caterer.
ACCOMMODATION:
The town of Eshowe boasts a boutique hotel and some excellent bed and breakfast establishments including their own InnZululand Guest lodge (www.innzululand.co.za)
Only the best establishments are their partners and depending on availability, we can negotiate accommodation packages for your group.
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
They are able to offer a shuttle service between the accommodation establishments and The House using their 22 seat bus at an additional cost.
The House in Zululand property, situated on two acres of landscaped gardens adjacent to the town centre, offers a choice of two permanent venues and a marquee area that can be configured according to the table below.
Should a marquee be required the hire cost will be for your account and a site fee will be applicable.
