Radisson Blu opens new hotel in Finland

The new renovated Radisson Blu Aleksanteri Hotel in Helsinki promises to deliver premium services and to be every customer's “home away from home”


The new 151 rooms hotel is actually an upgrade of the Solo Sokos Hotel Aleksanteri in the heart of Helsinki, offering Radisson brand hotel standards, for both business and leisure travel.


“The new Radisson Blu Aleksanteri Hotel, Helsinki is a perfect complement to our family of eight unique Radisson Blu Hotels in Finland. Each of our hotels create an individual experience of the strengths of the global Radisson Blu brand,” Tomi Peitsalo, Radisson Blu Regional Director for Finland, commented.


The opening of the new hotel is the result of a long term partnership with SOK Corporation, as the Rezidor Hotel Group in the Nordics VP, Tom Flanagan, declares:

The entire hotel, from features to design, focuses on providing its guest a “warm home” atmosphere in an ultimate Nordic environment. The refined Aleksanteri Lounge, the Magic Beds in guest rooms, and the exquisite Radisson's dinning signature sum up the unique accomodation experience customers will enjoy while staying at the Radisson Blu Aleksanteri Hotel in Helsinki.
